Tenantexperience apps
An app for the people who work in your building, designed with the same care as the lobby. We design it, build it and connect it to the systems already in the walls.

What we build.
Everything a tenant touches, from the first screen to the door.
Arrival and sign-in
The building is the first screen. Tenants find their tower, floor and company, and the app fills in what the building already knows.
Digital badges
A badge requested in the app, approved by the building team and activated on the phone.
The building’s day
Events, amenities, food and services on one screen, in the property’s own photographs.
Visitors, rooms and parking
The requests tenants make every week, one tap from the dashboard.
Messages from the building
Notices written once by the building team and delivered to every tenant’s phone.
The team’s side
Approvals, announcements and a view of who uses the app, for the people who run the property.
How we work.
Design and engineering by one team, starting at the front door.
We start at the door
We walk the property, stand at the readers and list every system behind the front door, with what each one already knows about a tenant.
We design in motion
Screens are designed with real footage of the building and tried as a click-through prototype long before launch.
We build it end to end
Apps for iPhone and Android, the web, the server, and the connections to access control, visitors and the directory, by the people who designed them.
Questions.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
No. A tenant app is a front door to the systems already in the building. We connect to them where they allow it and design around them where they do not.
Will it look like our building or like an app?
Like your building. The Century Park app is designed in the property’s own colours, with its own photographs and footage of its own towers.
One building or a portfolio?
Either. Century Park is one account across three towers, and Your Parish runs many parishes on a single platform, so a portfolio is a familiar shape for us.
Start at
the door.
Tell us about the building, the people inside it and the systems already in the walls. We will tell you what we would build first.
